Day 1: Welcome to Denmark- Danes are said to be the happiest people in the world, and Copenhagen the world’s most liveable city. Copenhagen is a pocket-sized fairy tale. With so much to do in Copenhagen, we recommend the Copenhagen Card (CPHCARD), which provides free admission to over 60 museums and free travel on the city’s buses and local trains. It is all there, the urban pulse in the cobbled streets, the castles and bell towers, the artists, makers and the prince and the queen. On arrival, you will be greeted and escorted to centrally located hotel. Once you’ve settled, we recommend a stroll down the famous “Ströget” street for some world-class shopping or a bite to eat at one of its many cafes and restaurants.
Day 2: Classic Copenhagen- Copenhagen is home to such marvels as the Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace, the old harbour of Nyhavn, thefamous Little Mermaid statue, and much more. No visit to Copenhagen is complete without a trip to the Tivoli Gardens, one of the world’s oldest amusement parks and among the city’s most famous attractions.
Day 3: Exceptional Copenhagen & Scenic Cruise to Norway- After breakfast at your hotel, we recommend the insightful self-guided tour (optional) at the historic Carlsberg brewery, only 3.5 km by bus from central Copenhagen. After sampling this popular beer at the end of your tour, you can decide for yourself if you agree with their slogan: “Carlsberg, probably the best beer in the world”. By late afternoon it’s time to board the ship to Oslo, which cruises gently up the Kattegat Sund on its way to Norway’s capital city.Take part in the dancing and entertainment on board or just relax and watch the sunset from the deck.
Day 4: Spectacular Oslo Fjords- Explore Oslo's top attractions- Fjords by boat- Optional Canal tour. The Norwegian capital is beautifully situated at the head of the Oslo Fjord and surrounded by forested ridges. Arable fields, vast forests and the untouched nature areas surrounding the city are only twenty minutes from the centre. They provide recreational opportunities that are frequently taken advantage of by visitors . Spend the night in Oslo.
Day 5: Quintessential Oslo - You can opt for Grand tour of Oslo, wherein the bus will take you through the city centre of Oslo, to the Vigeland Sculpture Park and to the ski jump at Holmenkollen (photo stop). On Bygdøy, you will visit the Viking Ship Museum. After that you can choose either if you want to learn more about polar history in the Fram Museum or about Thor Heyderdahl’s spectacular expeditions in the Kon-Tiki Museum. Finally, you will experience the Oslo Fjord on a 2 hour guided boat tour. Spend the night at Oslo.
Day 6: Royal Swedish Capital- Stockholm - Today you will be boarding the return train to Stockholm in the afternoon. The evening is free to enjoy Stockholm’s electrifying nightlife from your centrally-located hotel.Welcome to Stockholm, the Royal Capital of Sweden! Day 7: Outstanding Archipelago- There is nothing as tranquil as the Stockholm archipelago that you can explore in the morning. On your way out to the archipelago island Fjäderholmarna you'll pass Old Town with its beautiful historic buildings followed by the newly-built area, Hammarby Sjöstad. On the island there are cliffs and a small beach perfect for sunbathing, a little museum for old ships and craftsmen shops with glasblowers, pottery makers, smiths and handycrafts. You can also visit Mackmyra Swedish Whiskey or Fjäderholmarna Brewery and Brewpub.
Day 8: Cruise to Breathtaking Finland- You can stroll through the Esplanade Park and the most important shopping streets towards the parliament, the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma in the morning. Today afternoon, you will board overnight cruise to Finland. Take full advantage of the on-board amenities including cafes, restaurants, and shops and spend the night in one of the ship’s comfortable cabins.
Day 9: Elegant Helsinki- We recommend buying the Helsinki Card, which grants free entry to major city attractions and museums as well as unlimited travel on public transportation.he optional sightseeing tour by bus includes the most interesting parts of Helsinki, such as the historical centre, the Presidential Palace, City Hall, the Parliament buildings, Finlandia Hall, the Opera House, the Sibelius Monument and at the Temppeliaukio Church (the rock church). Day 10: End of Distinctive Journey- Enjoy one last Scandinavian breakfast before it is time to check out from your hotel. Transfer to Vanta Airport is provided by private taxi. Passengers departing with the afternoon flight will have time for some last-minute shopping, a perfect way to end your holiday.
